What is My Swft?

My Swft is your free travel concierge available directly on WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

Message us with dates and destinations or simply ask for inspiration and our team will help you book your best holiday yet. From sourcing flights and accommodation to organising the group trip you’ve been talking about for months, we’ve got you covered. And we won’t even charge you for the service. My Swft is completely free to use and our agreements mean you get the best prices available. We just throw in a free travel concierge to sort it all out.

 

How do I book a holiday through My Swft?

Booking through My Swft is easy! You just tell us what you are looking for on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger and your free travel concierge will search high and low for the most suitable options at the best prices. They will send you some choices through your chat and if you are happy, we will book everything for you and then send you a secure payment link to confirm the booking. Simple!

 

Does My Swft provide the holidays?

We don't provide the holidays, we are a free travel concierge service to help you discover and book the best holidays out there. We have teamed up with a large, hand picked selection of amazing holiday providers to ensure that we can give you a big selection at great prices but from providers that we really trust and that we know will give you a great holiday! 

 

What holidays does My Swft sell?

We have launched with snow holidays having linked up with some of the world’s greatest ski holiday providers to ensure we give you the biggest range of options at the best prices available. This includes holidays from the likes of Crystal, Inghams, Ski World, Neilson, Mark Warner and many more. We are then launching with city holidays and sun holidays over the next few months.

 

Is My Swft secure?

My Swft is completely secure! We are a member of the Travel Trust Association (membership ID Q5447) and we have an ATOL license (license number T7635), which gives complete financial protection for your money. Although we organise your holiday through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, we send you a final link to pay through our secure website, which fully encrypts your card details so that not even we can see them!

 

Is booking with My Swft the same price as booking directly? 

Booking through My Swft is the same price as booking directly with the holiday provider but with a much higher level of service! Not only do we shop around on your behalf to ensure that you get the best deal but we are here for you if you want any advice on what to do once you are on holiday or even what to pack!

We only accept payments in pound sterling, our refund policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions and we use WorldPay to process payments from the following cards:
